So I'm actively marketing as much as possible. Something funny happened. I recently received an email about how Microsoft and AOL were partnering up to give money away for those who would forward an email around the world or something. I remembered getting this email at least twice before in about the last 10 years or so. I knew it was a hoax and so sited a few consumer websites where it was reported and wanted to let the others in the email string about it. Then it dawned on me that this was an opportunity to market the GDI ".ws" stuff.
I took the opportunity and shared about the hoax info and then went on about how the ".ws" stuff works. I didn't get a sale but was grateful for the 100 or so additional leads to emails that SPAM provided. This is probably the only time a SPAM was actually useful to me.
Anyway, I'm marketing on Linkedin.com, Craigslist, and personal contacts via email. In the past 2 days that has been the bulk of it. I've been raeding up on other stuff too to figure out how to maximize this thing.
We can only hope for the best.
